Hi all,

 

I'm new to this forum and I have a question I hope someone can answer please?  I am going to have issues paying my mobile monthly SIM only phone bill this month, due on the 15th of each month. I cannot find the EE live chat service, which I used last year.  Has it been removed now from the list of help for EE customers? Many thanks.

Welcome to the community,

You will find the live chat in the EE App, otherwise you will have to ring customer service and speak to the billing department.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
