I am unable to see my latest bill on the app even though I have had an email telling me that it is ready to view

You can check your bill in your EE Online account or by texting BILL to 150.

To view your bill in the EE app just tap the 'view bill' tile.

If you haven't already linked your number in the app, please tap the 'link a product' tile.

It should be showing on the first screen you see after logging in the EE app, @Sannky.

What can you see on the app home screen? If you can't see your mobile plan or the view bill tile, please tap the 'link a product' tile.

Same here. Having an awful time since they messed around had to uninstall app reinstall and all I'm getting is online forum chat.

I can’t see my bill even I have re logging and have reinstalled but still is showing there is a trouble to show the bill.
