good morning 

I upgraded yesterday so getting my phone on Tuesday. I received my online bill today and it’s £49.26 with an add on of £10.99. The deal was £50 with no upfront cost and then I said about dealing in my iPhone 11 which brought it down to £45. Why am I getting  charged for my new phone and I only have it 6 days and also I had 2 direct debits for March £25.35 and £33.1. I look forward to here from you.

This is not customer service and there is no account access, you will have to ring customer service and speak to the billing department, they will be able to take a look for you and let you know. Just remember you pay one month ahead for contracts.
