Hi, I transferred over to EE from BT and only had the phone for two weeks (if that) they have taken a bill payment out my account today but I've also paid BT this month is this normal for EE ?

It's normal for EE when you join, but is that normal for BT when you leave? You did cancel or port you no. when you moved?
