Why are we **bleep**,I pay my bill every month and 2 weeks later they cut me 0ff ,no one can explain this ,they are robbers

Just one question, what makes you think you have been cut off?

EE would not cut you off if your billing is up to date, and they are not robbers. Are you saying your internet or phone are not working? Is it a mobile problem?

If that is the case, could you check here to see if there is a problem in your area and also give us more information to help you:
