Billing question

Bazzerdj
Explorer

Our son’s contract finished on 15th September and he has chosen to have a SIM only contract from that date. We have just had our monthly bill which is £10 higher than normal. Can’t remember if we pay one month in arrears or in advance. There are no extra charges incurred.
It is still showing his old contract details and not the new SIM contract. Any suggestions please?

You pay mobile phone contracts a month in advance. Has your son upgraded it to a SIM only contract or has he bought a new contract?

Hi

Thanks for your message. He has elected to do a £10 per month sim only contract. What baffles us is that we are being charged for another month of his old contract

"Do"? Do an upgrade on his existing contract or do buy a separate new contract?
