I’ve just posted on here about being charged incorrectly for Apple Music- I’ve actually been charged wrong on both phones on my plan. I received the sms notifications from ee that Apple Music free trial is ending, replied from one handset on 22nd, the other on 25th jan both of which was within timescale to cancel but today have got my bill with 2 x Apple Music charges which is wrong. Please can this get sorted

Hi, I received my latest bill today for 2 mobile contracts. Both numbers have been charged for Apple Music but I cancelled 1 of them on 22nd jan after getting the prompt sms therefore I shouldn’t have been charged for it

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service and there is no account access here. You will have to ring customer service to speak to billing, you can also check in your account to make sure that you only have the one add-on for Apple Music and not two.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Annabee1 Did you receive a text back confirming the subscription be terminated when you sent the text to stop the subscription?
