Have just come online to pay my monthly bill (I hardly use a mobile - bill is usually around a £1)..this month's is £4.69 for some reason?...when I click on a detailed report of my usage i'm getting a "sorry,something's gone wrong" message...anyone else getting this?..sounds like ee are trying to cover things up from my viewpoint.

@Zillionairemark  That is exactly what they are trying to do.    If you believe that 

Perhaps you shouldn’t call customer support to get around this issue to find out why it’s more that usual.
