I have just paid my bill via Apple Pay after being cut off does anyone know how long it will take for my phone to be reconnected as the balance has been taken from my bank account.

The same happened to me, I paid this morning around 8am and I'm still waiting. I've paid all my bills with apple pay and its always been at most 5 mins. I'm worried there's been a glitch and disappeared cause the page afterwards didn't load properly.

I'm still waiting...

@Icecakes  if you were cut off because you were late paying your bill, it’ll take up to 24 hours to get a working connection again,  it’s just not possible to get reconnected within 5 minutes after being cut off and then paying.   It takes up to 24 hours just to cut you off for none payment.    The process to do this has to go through the whole EE network to disable the sim and then the reverse to enable the sim not to mention the account first has to be reinstated before any of that can happen. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the reply but the problem I have is that my account doesn't register me having ever paid my bill. The money is gone from my bank but I'm still being asked to pay again like it never registered. I've never seen this before and I'm worried that my money has vanished.

Hello @Icecakes 

It will be down to the system to catch up when the payment has been made.  If you've paid but still not showing after a few days then I suggest calling EE by using Skype for free using the number in my Signature.
