I cease my subscription prior leaving the UK and now I am still getting charged - how to I get my money back and again cease my subscription which I did once already

Do you have a pay monthly account that you have requested to cancel? 

How long ago did you call us and ask to cancel the subscription?

I have been billed in Feb and March
