I don't understand why my bill is getting higher and higher, it's too much, I won't renew my contract in my life because it doesn't make sense if every few months the cost of my service increases even knowing that I don't use half of it

The bill will list all your extra charges - are there any specific items on the bill you're not sure about? If so - post some details.

@angelika3  if you’re referring to the yearly price increase that’s contractual and you agreed to this happening each year.     if you’re eligible to upgrade you can to a cheaper tariff that might be your best option,
