My account has been suspended as I need to pay my bill but I cant see how much is owed and I've logged into My EE on both my phone and computer.

Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring customer service to find out how much you owe, as we have no way of doing this here.

You can contact them for free using something like Skype:

08000798586.
