When me and my wife took out our contracts together (same phone, same plan, same price) £53 a month, we also had multi phone discount on top of that. Looking on my EE it says my phone is £71 a month and my wife’s is £53, yet youve took £132.53 a month from our account so that doesn’t even add up. We have both phones blocked from going over so we can’t get any extra charges. So how come my phone has gone up £18 a month yet my wife’s is the same? And why are we getting charged more than what our phones cost, and where has the multi phone discount gone?
