I'm having problems paying my bill I've just received a text message today saying I'm overdue can I pay this on the 9th of December please

As @XRaySpeX has said. You need to call EE customer services, dial 150 from your mobile. 

There's nobody on this forum that has direct access to accounts or can physically do anything to assist, most of the users on this forum are EE customers and not employees.
