Hi I’ve been charged far too much for my daughter ms phone this month can you look please?

Welcome to the community.

We don't have access to your account and bills here. Have you managed to download the bill from your EE Online account/EE App? Is there anything on there that looks different?

Hi @Frewby40,

As Chris mentioned, it may be worth logging into your My EE account either online, or via the app.

Once you've logged in you will be able to see a full breakdown of your bills, including what services have been used and any additional charges that may have occurred across the last 30 days.

 

If you're unable to access your account online, it may be worth going to your local EE store to check your account and bills in person. Alternatively, you can contact customer services from an EE mobile on 150, or any other provider on 0800 956 6000.
