On 29.07.2023 I changed my contract to SIM only at £20 per month but I am still being charged £29 something.   Why?

@Nancy26   your new Sim only contract doesn’t start until you complete your full term of your current contract.       I have to ask did you upgrade or just take out a new contract?  How do you request this ?

Sorry, but this was a new contract which started on 29.07.2023 as my previous contract expired sometime ago.

@Nancy26  contracts, don’t just expire. They continue on a 30 day rolling contract at the minimum term date until you upgrade or change network.    If you just took out a new contract you now have 2 contracts.
