My broadband bill is coming up but something has happened that has left me very confused.
My bill is showing up as paid despite the bill not being paid yet (it's scheduled to come out on the 24th of the month, I paid last month a day early due to the funds hitting my account early).
Do I still need to make the payment this month or do I just leave this for now and continue making payments next month?

If you're paying by DD it will show from the bill date that it is paid on the reasonable assumption that the DD will pay it on the payment date & even if it fails EE will try the DD about a week later. Only if that fails will it show as unpaid.

There was an error with the direct debit last month so it never went through - i had to pay things manually. Will this mean I have to re-establish the direct debit or pay it manually this month?

Are your bank details still there under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.? If so, your DD is still running.

I can't find my details for the direct debit so I assume it's currently not running for some reason. Should I pay it manually or try and let it process normally?
