I upgraded my iPad but instead of upgrading my current iPad, ee went ahead and opened an additional line for me. Why would I want 3 lines? Why not just upgrade the iPad like I asked you to do. Nothing is clear. Nothing is simple.

@Rooster1973 , I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to sort this out. I once did this by mistake, rang them up and they sorted it for me.
This is not customer service and there is no account access.
