Being charged with extra then my promised plan

Hi why i am being charged extra on my monthly plan even though I don’t use any extra services.

my plan is £69 monthly but i am charged £88 monthly now for no reason.

Your bill will list all charges, and should explain the higher amount - you can view this via your myEE online account.

Failing that, CS on 150 have access to your individual account.
