Been charged twice when I upgraded

hi

just paid for upgrading and had to pay additional upfront fee during to early upgrade. However I’ve been charged twice! I’m worried about the additional fees on my card. Can you advise?

Did you put your card details in twice to make the payment? 

Do both payments show as pending?
