I recently bought a new phone from EE just under a month old costing £77 a month and I couldn’t call or text and get any service so I rang EE at first and she told me I had 2 number and to reset network settings she said she would ring back 2 days later but had no phone call from her so I went to the shop the shop said they don’t know what has gone on and to ring apple so apple went through everything and said it’s EE fault and they should’ve sorted it. Apple told me to tell EE what the problem was with my phone so I went back to the EE shop and they said we’re not technical people we’re just sales assistants so I rang 150 and they told me it’s apparently my fault why my phone hasn’t been working and couldn’t offer no discount on the phone so they sent me a new sim still currently waiting for the sim when I need my phone for my job as I work with epileptic people and people with disabilities which are at high risk and may need to call someone if anything happens. Really not pleased with them and as soon as I can afford to pay my contract off I’ll be leaving straight away!

What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?
