Apple payment method

I have a problem with using my ee phone number as a payment method in Apple Store. System says contact your operator.

@amascreen   When you say Apple Store do you mean an actual Apple Store ?  Or do you mean the App Store.   You title says Apple payment do you mean Apple Pay ?  as that has nothing todo with your phone number.
