Apple Watch, final bill and account closed

Hi, I was due to pay my final Apple Watch bill and I’ve just come onto the app and it says my account is closed and to make sure I pay the final bill.

can someone help please. Do I need to ring EE? All I was told the other week was due to my Apple Watch not being linked to a active phone number (my phone contract ended and was linked to it) was that I’d have to pay the full balance in December. So I’m unsure what is happening.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
