App says i can upgrade but wont let me

When I log into the EE App online it will not open up the upgrade box but the App states I can upgrade now

@Steve2705  Text UPGRADE to 150.  What does it return back ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
