Hello,
I’ve been offered an Unlimited Data Pass for £6.24 a month. Told to text ‘Unlimited’ to 1216. When I do this I just get a reply saying
‘Unfortunately we have been unable to add the Unlimited data pass, Please try again.’
I am currently in Spain, is this why it’s not working? Do I need to be in the UK to activate this offer?

@Mally4523 Even if you can add it you’ll not get unlimited data in Spain there is a fair usage policy and you can only use up to 50Gb per month when roaming.
It should still activate if you take EE up on the offer though .

i do have the Roam Abroad Pass as an inclusive extra. Would I still be limited to 50gb?
Not worth me going unlimited if it is restricted as I get 125gb a month currently, all of which I can use abroad.

The Roam Abroad Pass does have the 50GB fair use policy.

You can't use 125 GB while roaming abroad.
