account says I have to contact the account holder for all billing issues, but I am the account holder and always have been?

Welcome to the community.
If you log into your My EE account online and select Account Settings then Manage numbers.
You should have the option to manage the roles for each number and change to the account holder, does this work for you?

Hello Leanne I have the same problem however I only have a single number on my account. As there is only one number I have no idea how I correct this.

@Ant001 : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer not User under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
