Why I'm charged for full amount when I add my perk code?

@Vicferns Does your park code show your account under add ons ? If it doesn’t then your park code hasn’t been applied to your account. You have 30 days to call customer services from taking out the contract to call them and have it applied
Also if that tariff was discounted then you can not have 2 discounts on one tariff.
