For the last nine months I have complained about my personal mobile bill being over 1k a month - I suffer with ADHD but know something is really wrong. I pay for my son, daughter (who has learning disability and partners phone. EE changed the account to business and I apparently lost my co tractor to have a new phone each year but still got one. Ended up with 12 numbers.
Each month is traumatic and have been bullied into paying whilst promised an investigation. Last mouth threatened ombudsman but the told me it would be investigated and to hold off making complaint.
i have asked for face to face meeting - was sent to store and told completely wrong but they could do nothing and had to ring customer centre. Now having to go to citizens advice but continually asking for face to face meeting. EE refused to make adjustments under the disability and equality act despite numerous requests. Making life a misery and now at breaking point- feel completely overwhelmed

For 18 months I have sought to get a face to face meeting with EE. The cost of my contract has been over £23k and yet despite visiting two stores where managers tell me worst example they have ever seen I keep getting sent back to telephone hub.
i have been to CAB, MP and Communication ombudsman - EE are simply not responsive to neurodivergent individuals and no interest in the 2010 Disability and Equality Act.
i have offered to go ANYWHERE in the country to sit down with a manager to sort mess out and had it recorded that payments are being made under duress.
The impact on mental health and emotional well being inflicted by EE is HORRENDOUS.
