For the last nine months I have complained about my personal mobile bill being over 1k a month - I suffer with ADHD but know something is really wrong.  I pay for my son, daughter (who has learning disability and partners phone.  EE changed the account to business and I apparently lost my co tractor to have a new phone each year but still got one.  Ended up with 12 numbers.

Each month is traumatic and have been bullied into paying whilst promised an investigation.  Last mouth threatened ombudsman but the told me it would be investigated and to hold off making complaint.

i have asked for face to face meeting - was sent to store and told completely wrong but they could do nothing and had to ring customer centre.  Now having to go to citizens advice but continually asking for face to face meeting.  EE refused to make adjustments under the disability and equality act despite numerous requests.  Making life a misery and now at breaking point- feel completely overwhelmed
