Has anyone else’s phone contact bill increased 25% in the past 12 months ? Apparently it’s due to inflation but I’m struggling to understand how that’s calculated when inflation has been no where near 25%

In March 2023, there was a well-publicised increase of 14% - CPI plus 3.9%

In March 2024 there will be an increase of 7.9% - CPI plus 3.9%

Compounded, these amount to roughly 23%

Well, not 25% but there was an annual contracted increase in Apr. '23 of CPI + 3.9% = 14.4%. See Annual Price Change for 2024 & the last of its ilk.
