2 Numbers after 'upgrading'

hi all, i had a sim only contract with 4 months left on it. i had the option to upgrade so went ahead and did what i thought was a normal upgrade.. ive just logged into myEE and found that i have a new number along with my current one. have i accidenty bought a new plan completely or is for another reason? if i have bought a new plan can EE get rid of it and just upgrade my plan as i intended??

If you call us on 150, the team can check the account and let you know if this was an upgrade or an additional contract that has been set up and help you get this sorted 🙂
