Samsung A53 repeatedly disconnecting from home WiFi

Thanks to all for their comments so far. We've had BT broadband fot years mostly trouble free ' the switch to EE about a year ago has been a nightmare. The latest niggle is that my phone (Samsung A53) regularly shows "connection failed" when trying to connect to home wifi. But it sometimes connects in any part of the house and then drops again and will not reconnect. It seems to have a mind of it's own. All other devices (including another A53) connect and my phone connects EE public wifi at home and tto that and all other wifi elsewhere. I've worked through all the fixes on this thread (really appreciated tje clear explanations) other than a phone factory reset and had a long conversation with an EE guide (lovely lady) who referred to a colleague and then said it's a Samsung problem. If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful.

Thanks both. I think I may have fixed this by looking at the A53 which was connecting which showed the security setting as WPA 3 Personal - the wonky one showed WPA 3 Transition. I've changed the security settings on the router to WPA 3 Personal and it seems to have worked. The EE Community says transition mode can cause stability issues , frequent dropoffs or connection failure which pretty much describes what has been happening. So we will see - can't believe it's as simple as that and it would have been helpful if the EE guide had pointed me in that direction. But if it works ..........

@PaulFW4 Start your own post and explain more what you have and what is going on, A53 one mobile not playing nice and with not knowing what you have is very much pin the tail on the donkey.

@PaulFW4 : Tell the wonky A53 to Forget the WiFi connection & then connect again afresh supplying the WiFi pwd.

@PaulFW4 Time will tell, but you are correct. If you do a search it will give you the better idea.

wpa3 modes

Thank you. That's a really interesting search. All becoming clearer.

@PaulFW4 No problem, give it all a good couple off day's operating mode wise, got NOTHING at all to do with a Samsung A53 model of phone. Have an A54 and had to chase it about a little on the WiFi wireless, got away with a AP added, but the phone never failed to connect, just the speed dropped from 1200Mb/s down to a very low 16Mb/s and would NEVER recover until wireless wifi was disconnected for 5 seconds then switched back on.....

WPA2-PSK is how i have my Network set, NO EE in use and no longer an EE customer.
