Hi is anyone else having problems with their landline internet, since last night 26th of october im getting no internet, rebooted the hub even disconnected it then reconnected it, gone on today, got some form of internet but alot of stuff not loading or a lot slower than normal

BB issues are rarely localised but specific to your own line.
If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult BT Service Status to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.

If you are having trouble, and nothing shows on the link that @XRaySpeX has given above, you can text HELP to 66033 and we'll run some tests on the line.
If nothing is found and you need an engineer you'd get a text back in 15 minutes to book a slot, and if an engineer isn't needed, our tech guides will call you back within 30 minutes.
