I had new fiber and EE TV installed at home at the beginning of April. However, when watching TV on different apps, it keeps buffering at the start of selecting something to watch and then can sometimes constantly buffer while watching something. Anyone else have this? I used to have standard broadband and this never happened. The EE TV box is also not great. A lot of the time when I switch on the TV and then the TV box, a screen just goes black and nothing appears. I then have to restart the TV box for it to boot up. Then when it's up and running it says the apps are not available because there's no connection. This is despite it being connected via ethernet cable. I have tried putting it into a different ethernet slot on the router, I've tried a different ethernet cable all together, but it keeps happening. The Apple+ TV box EE used to offer is so much better
