Hello,

I have recently moved house and decided to move broadband supplier to yourselves. The rooter arrived last night and I followed the instructions for setting it up however we do not have 4g in the house so I think this may be causing difficulties in setting it up and would really appreciate some help so i can get this up and running.

Which router is it? What's its name on the label or box?

What type of BB did you have before?

@Peter9464   Have you opted for mobile broadband or via a landline?

For sure if mobile and there is no coverage then broadband will be difficult.

Have you checked the coverage checker, at the top of the page?
