bill showing incorrect payment

Have been trying since September to have my bill to show the correct price to what i pay, keep ringing customer services to be told everything would be sorted within 48hrs, this is my first time with EE and not very impressed and as a big company this should be an easy thing to do.Is there anyone there who can sort this?.
