Welcome

writes about the termination of the contract

I do not agree with the amount charged because no one told me that taking the second internet connection will be canceled the contract with BT

now I have huge problems because BT has terminated the contract as well

If the termination of the contract is not canceled, I will file a complaint about it. Bad information regarding the conclusion of the contract, knowing that I have a contract with BT, I insisted on EE

it doesn't

@Katarzyna13 : Did you order BB from EE on the same landline no. as you had with BT or did you request an entirely new line? Migrating on the same landline no. would have to cancel the previous ISP as you can't have 2 BBs on the same line.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

I wanted a completely different BT line was supposed to be for my son for computer games and EE was supposed to be on TV Smart

Well, it'll all depend on which landline no. you gave EE when you applied. How was EE supposed to know you wanted a separate line?
