Worst customer service ever

Worst service of all I ever had. Shame I need to have them for 2y now.. Treats you badly, playing up with compensation, even it was their fault! They came to install their broadband and stolen my neighbour's power of, they left him without Internet for 2 days and after I had no Internet for more than 2 weeks as they did miss my second appointment and third one booked not straight away either. Now trying to get my compensation, but they always say to call after 30 days, so every month they say same story when you call them after 30 days. Absolutely disgusting service! First and last time!

@Maite7  EE didn’t install the line that was Open reach.    But I suppose it’s still EE fault. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It is EE fault. My neighbour's broadband provider confirmed that as they needed to come and sort it out for him. Also, that third time when they finally managed to come, it took that guy more than 1hr to install that for me and even he admitted that, because at first appointment them other guys did it for me in 10mins..
