If you don't want fixed Home BB installed there you could buy an EE mobile router from Pay Monthly Mobile Broadband

Lack of a phone line wouldn't prevent you having fixed Home BB installed.

Most smartphones have a hotspot facility. This enables the phone to connect to the mobile network over whatever "G"  is available, and broadcast a WiFi hotspot. So any device in range of the "hotspot" can connect to it over WiFi, and use its mobile internet connection.

Hi @Moletrappa

Best using a PAYG SIM form other providers first to establish who provides the best coverage becase as you say EE coverage seems weak and this won't magically improve with mobile broadband.

Thanks
