To get my broadband I called BT. All the emails since tho are from EE. My router is EE, my balance is showing in the EE app. Yet EE won’t talk to me because it’s a BT account number. So I call BT. They won’t talk to me cause they say it’s an EE account number. What’s going on? 😞

@Andymanj77  Who’s billing you ?    And did you request a refund from who ever is billing you because they both say it’s nothing to do with them.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE is billing me. But tell me it’s a BT account number so to go to them. It makes no sense 😞

My account number starts with GB followed by 8 digits. 
the phone number is 0800 079 8586

@Andymanj77  OK, the number is EE but your account number seems odd - is that from an EE invoice?

Ok all new EE broadband number start GBxxxx if you ring the number it'll divert you to the older teams normally BT broadband billing / support.  If it shows in the EE app when you ring tell them its NEW EE and they'll transfer you to the correct team (I've had to do it every call and its a pain in the **bleep** and I've had the argument with the teams about it many times).
