Is it just me, or does it seem to me that the EE dashboard is a complex maze where you can't find anything?
No way to contact someone to help you find the exit without spending hours to locate a simple information such as the contract number of your account?

Account number ? Looking in myEE and it does not have BB as a listing (whatever BB is I have no idea)
Surely there would be a list of name, telephone number, email etc. then my account number in my profile page?

@HENthePen : BB = Broadband, the forum in which you posted.
Your MyEE Profile page will not include any a/c nos. They are for each product/service individually & will be found with the products themselves & their bills.

Totally agree, EE are the worst for finding things you want, I am trying to complain but can't even do that it's too complicated, they don't want to hear the truth!
