Been a mobile customer for a while and noticed the app being unavailable due to updating quite often but was never an issue! I’m now however a broadband customer and I’m wondering how it is I’m suppose to control my router whilst the app is updating? Am I missing something is there’s another way to access the router when the app is not active?

@Jesse96 : What about the router do you need the app for? You can do many things on the router itself.. Login to it @ http://192.168.1.254 & look around.

Your post is at 1am what are you trying to do at this time. @XRaySpeX use the other way to access.
There will always be some people inconvenienced by the app improvement downtime.
