Hi! I'm moving into a new house this month and have been trying to see the broadband deals available in the area. However, when I get to the broadband deals page (https://ee.co.uk/broadband/deals), enter my address, and select 'See your deals', I always get an error reading 'Sorry, looks like a technical error'. I have tried accessing this page multiple times, as has my partner. We have used different devices (our own laptops and mobiles), we have used different browsers, and we have used different wifi connections. No matter what, we always receive this error message. Is there any way for us to actually see the broadband deals available in our area?

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

Thanks for your reply! We don't have a phone number and so I used our address. This was the following result:
It's a new build, so is it just the fact that it's not all set up yet?

@bec1995 Even though it is a new build, what advice were you given from the builder, sometimes special deals are done which may preclude and block other fibre installations. Picture takes time to be cleared just so you know and viewing is not instant.

Full Fibre (WBC FTTP) is only "Planned". What are the words below the table?

Don't worry, the images were awaiting approval. I have now done so & they should appear soon.

We were told that Openreach was being installed and that we would be able to choose our internet provider. I was unaware about the picture issue -- I used a screenshot because copy-pasting screwed the table formatting! Thanks for letting me know.

Below the table it reads:
'Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG Feed with no anticipated issues.
FTTP is in Planned status. An order may be placed which will be processed when the network is ready.
For all ADSL and WBC Fibre to the Cabinet (VDSL or G.fast) services, the stable line rate will be determined during the first 10 days of service usage.
In order to be eligible for handback, downstream speed should be less than Downstream Handback Threshold values.
If you decide to place an order for a WBC fibre product, an appointment may be required for an engineer to visit the end user's premises to supply the service
Thank you for your interest.'

@bec1995 You should see how the mobile coverage is at present for the address postal location, take the advise when you check with a pinch of salt, if you know what the signal location is like with your mobiles currently that does help.
Planned by OR for fibre is whenever they get to it, could be next week or next year VERY hard to find that out, and once it is in do EE have everything in place to go live with it. Fttp normally OR when done, then ISP come on stream behind that delay's are whenever the ISP get's ready to do it, if you decide EE is the way to go, then see if they will do the Hybrid as part of your package, 4g coverage only and speed is not going to be up there, so do not expect that, at least when Fibre is done then you will be good to go. Planning that way will cost you, so do look at mobile only until home BB is ready...

Perhaps the Planned state of FTTP is causing the EE BB Deals system to glitch.
Were there no other Products in that table?
See if Openreach Fibre Checker will tell you more detail of their plans.
