Unable to see wifi controls in the EE app

Since receiving a Smart Hub Plus (SH31B) I am unable to use the smart wifi controls in the app. The option is not displayed. This is using Android with app version 5.36.0 via a Samsung Galaxy S24.

Has anyone else experienced such issue with the app? Note that I've also tried via an iPhone and am faced with the same issue.

You say "Since". Why, were you able to before you had the SH+? I thought WiFi Controls were meant for the SH+.(& later).

Apologies. I have moved across from an older EE smart router where the WiFi controls were managed from EE home which was what I was meant to say. Given that that's is a different app for the plus I've not been able to manage them.

@kizzywizzy There are a good few mentions of issue's using the mobile app, and you certainly do have the latest version on android, were specifically does the app issue have the problem, and you should contact CS to make sure there are no issues on there end. I have the app working on android but not using any of the advanced features.

Hi @Neil-O, yes, it is the same. I'll contact CS today and see if this can be resolved.

Yes I'm the same and ee tell me I'm connected,
