Unable to see the Billing and Payment page on your web site on my pc. I have always been able to access this page before on all previous months, to see the breakdown of my Broadband bill. But your EE web site often does not work properly straight away anyway.
This time the Billing and Payment page just won't open up.
I received an email telling me I could see my months bill. But clicking on the link in the email just didn't do anything at all.
Please don't ask me to do anything with my EE app, as I don't use a "smart" phone, (therefore don't have an EE app), using my pc for everything. I have a very fast Full Fibre connection that always works well.
When will EE manage to get your web site working reliably?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache. Tried another browser.
