I ended up texting a problem to EE. They tested the line and said there was a fault with their network. Then they did more tests and then said they could f8nd a connection. I got them to ring me to guode me through the set up. I couldn't get past the password page. It was asking for a ln admin password that was meant to be underneath the router but there wasn't one. I tried entering 'admin' and that wouldn't work. I clickedon forgot password and that asked me to reset the router. So I asked him to send me a new EE router which he s going to do. He said it should be a lot easier to set up. So if that doesn't work, I don't know what will. Two routers are not picking up a DSL signal so I'm not sure how the EE one will.
