I am trying to speak to someone regarding my broadband bill and on hold..delay upto 30 mins on hold, tri3d calling 5 times and cuts off around 18/19 mins on hold.
Anyone another contact details?? Thank you

@sjjo80 Your only option is to call. Being cut off isn’t good but unfortunately EE doesn’t control the amount of customers calling at any one time so you can expect a waiting time to speak with them.
