Temporary address

Hello, I’ve sold my house but not found anywhere to buy yet. In the interim I’ll be moving in with a family member who already has broadband so I won’t need to move mine there as well as it doesn’t need 2 but I don’t think I can cancel it as I changed my package in May that I think started a new contract (didn’t know I’d be selling my house at this stage).

Do they just disconnect my internet and just do nothing with it until I have a new permanent address?

The buyer of your old house will almost certainly order BB of their own there. This will take over your BB & effect to cancel it with EE. You will then be liable for Early Termination Charges for the rest of your term.
