Every month I get a text message from EE saying I've got a new bill (which I pay by DD).
How do I stop these annoying messages? (Really, they should make it obvious how to opt out of them.)

@Profile closed : Now you say it's BB bill notifications you're concerned about, you cannot stop them for BB via your a/c. I should have a word with CS to see if they can stop them manually.

Do you know how to do this to opt out of text messages about broadband bills? The steps you suggest are not available on the broadband page.

In your EE Account online under Plans & Subscriptions > Mobile usage alerts you can choose to receive alerts by email or text or not.

there is no "Plans & Subscriptions". To repeat, I only have broadband, not mobile.

FYI :You never said you only had BB in your OP but only in a post you latched onto another thread (which I saw later & subsequently transferred here). So I've answered accordingly.
