Stopped using my WiFi

I’ve recently unplugged all my WiFi devices and completely stopped using the services due to on going problems since day 1. Every single day it kept switching off then 5 mins later it started back on. Even if you were online it would still do it and not only once a day but multiple times. I contacted EE who never got back to you for a good few hours to say everything is alright my end. Absolute drips of a customer service. I must of complained at least 3-4 times a week it was that bad. But that wasn’t the only problem? My download and upload were really shocking that only one person could connect as it wouldn’t let others. Day by day, week by week, month by month, I complained and complained. Then I get a email saying my complaint is closed and that was that. Then I found out that I didn’t have everything that I was paying for. I was missing the back up router and been paying for it. Didn’t even get an apology or the money I overpaid reimbursed. Just the box sent out. So last month my son had enough of me constantly complaining and getting no response. He took taken out a completely different network provider as he worked from home and I’ve got a child in college who needs WiFi and 3 younger kids who want to play on their consoles. I informed EE what has happened and a executive service manager phoned me and tried everything to make me change my mind but stuck to my guns. I’ve only had the broadband since end of June and they just don’t seem bothered about my situation. Month down the line I received a letter offering me £60 credit? The letter said if I didn’t contact them within 12 days of the letter they would assume I don’t want their offer. The letter was sent on the 13/11/24 the date on the letter itself was 25/10/24 so 12 days was up before I received the letter. Anyway they want me to pay £800 to cancel my contract. I’ve already spoken to trading standards and I’ve showed them all my messages with EE . I need help with this and need to know if anyone else is having trouble with their broadband

@Bomper1975 Just unfortunate you have gone about it completely wrong, you just need to pay the £800 cancellation fee that you are now due to EE. The terms conditions and complaints procedures are all documented in the HELP section that you will find above.

So for nearly 5 months of continuous bad broadband and having to constantly contact ee I’ve gone the wrong way about it? I was paying £60 for a service I wasn’t getting and the ee promise is just a lie as doesn’t it say if it drops to a certain level you will receive £20 for the service but your customer service people knew the exact way how to bypass it and come up with some gibberish. I never had a single week without having to contact ee. Waited over 12hrs once for a call back absolutely ridiculous service and customers don’t come first.
