Still cant get access to my broadband bills

Hi everyone Ive changed over from BT internet to EE as I have mobiles with them anyway.  I cannot access my broadband bill anywhere and none of the links that are sent to me by text or email go anywhere.  I have called up several times and nothing has been done about this.  I need this for my business accounts! has anyone had a solution to this?

@Peggymay Do you have your BB account linked to your mobile account by either EE or you have tried to do so yourself? 

Tried to do it myself and spoke to them several times nothing is working

Thanks I’ve already made a complaint and been told my bill has been sent in the post and never was and they said it was now connected and it isn’t. So no solution even after complaining. If they don’t sort it soon I’m going to cancel and go with someone else

A few weeks ago they have called me a few times but nothing is done and said the bill had been sent two weeks ago again nothing has come. Really fed up with it now. They said they can’t email my bill to me because of GDPR which is incorrect as they email me with a link to my bill which never works! If it’s not sorted out by the end of this month I’m cancelling and going elsewhere been nothing but problems since I transferred from Bt wish I never had

Hi guys 

Im looking for help i got ee broadband 2 months ago and they first month it said paid then the second month it kept saying your bill will be here in 7 days I think but I kept trying for weeks them  i got kicked out the app took a week to get back in and went to pay again and it said you that they would get back to me now im cut off 

 

I need my broadband as im disabled and I cant speak on calls so I've been trying to get a live chat or an email but cant find anything I really need the Internet as I need it for my tv and to be able to contact my kids 

 

Im really sorry about this but im so stressed can anyone help me please

@Paulwray There is no e-mail or chat regarding bills or late payments, and as you are cut off now there is nothing you can do apart from call EE CS and you say that you have a problem with doing so, because off the account state the first will be to get the late payment bill squared away, and they will more than likely request next months payment as well. Not knowing if you have a fixed billing amount, it varies because off extra calls etc if you can estimate what it would be then do so, or pay extra to cover. If you wish to go and make a payment to EE, then the info below will help. You really should have a DD setup to take care off all this. But as advised make 2 payment's to get you back in credit....

Pay by internet or telephone banking

To pay your bill by internet or telephone banking, you'll need:

  • EE bank account: 31012304
  • EE sort code: 40-02-50
  • Payment reference: your EE account number

Please allow at least five working days for your payment to reach us.
